Not necessarily. While family law experience is preferred for attorney roles, we value transferable skills, a strong ethical foundation, and a desire to learn. For paralegal and support positions, attention to detail and a passion for helping people often go just as far.
At a minimum, please include your resume and indicate which position you’re applying for. A cover letter is optional but encouraged—especially if you’d like to share why you’re interested in family law or our firm specifically.
We aim to respond to qualified candidates within 5–7 business days. Most interviews are scheduled within two weeks, and we try to keep communication transparent and timely throughout the process.
